Episode 46

35 Years of Anorexia and Full Recovery with Caroline Drummond Smith

Caroline Drummond Smith battled with Anorexia for thirty-five years, which literally became her identity.

During this time she brought up three children and stayed married.

Now fully recovered, her familial relationships have not only survived, but thrived.

“It’s never too late and it’s never too long. I am proof of that. If there is a part of you that truly wants to recover you can do it.”

Today Caroline works as an Eating Disorder Coach utilising her experiences, warmth, and innate understanding to support her clients.
